First day at Riverhill:  PRICELESS  :)  Thanking God for this wonderful opportunity!!!! And so thankful for friends who sent well wishes today!!! I am so very blessed!!

Made it to the beach today... weather is beautiful...I know the days will pass quickly but plan to enjoy every second that I'm here..

I'm looking forward to being at Riverhill tomorrow... :)  It's going to be a GREAT day!!!! Please continue to pray for Jim in Iraq and his family at Ft. Riley.. sweet Josh is really sick, missed the past two days of school.. wish he didn't have to go through that!!  David's golf game is AWESOME! So proud of him!!  Tanya and I did our Tuesday night "American Idol Text and Talk"... :)  Wonder who will go home tomorrow night????

Well, today wasn't too bad... had to go to Huntsville to pick up my car after school... worked on "THE paper" for awhile.. time for bed! 

Please pray for my brother Jim... serving in Iraq... I'm so proud of him! But I worry about him.. and pray for Tanya, his wife and their boys, David and Josh... Tanya is such a wonderful "Mama Daddy" in Jim's absence..(She's wonderful all the time but she really takes care of things when Jim is deployed...) David is a junior at Manhattan High School and Josh is a 4th grader at Amanda Arnold Elementary...Even though I know it's hard on all of them, I don't even begin to know what all they go through while Jim is deployed... all I know is I love them all VERY MUCH!!!

Well, I've worked on my dissertation re-rewrite pretty much all day...Spent 3 hours at Samford yesterday meeting with one of my committee members.. I'll be so glad to finish this "project"... I know it will all be worth the effort when I am FINALLY "Dr. Brocato"... I hope tomorrow will be a good day.. only a "few" more days until my time at Clements will come to a close...but I'm anxious to begin a "new chapter" in my career at Riverhill... :)

Well, I never thought I would "blog"... guess there's always a first time for everything...
